You may suffer one big thing or a lot of small things that accumulate into bitterness. God is not responsible for a lot of the things we blame Him for, but He can heal us of them.

God hates sin, but does not slander the sinner; He forgives. If we cannot find it in our hearts to forgive those who have hurt us, we will end up becoming like them. We must forgive.
