He used stories or parables. He asked them questions. He used verbal descriptions of things. All these brought the audience into the sermon. Who has God called you to speak to? If Muslims, hang out with Muslims. If street people, hang out with street people. You have to be where they are to influence them. What does the world see in you? Do they see a vision (or version) of Jesus? God created and ordained sex; the Bible does not teach that sex is sinful. It is fun, as God created it, and that is why it is so damaging when engaged in outside of God's pattern & guidelines. God designed us to have our needs might by Him, by a revelation of Jesus Christ to our hearts at our point of need. Power over sin comes from a revelation of Jesus Christ at a point of need. Sexual immorality is a counterfeit of the need being fulfilled. The issue with sexual immorality goes beyond simply knowing what is right or wrong. The fallout of sexual immorality is so grave because it involves entire cultures, families and relationships with each others. Sex is like a fire. A fire is good when it is in the right place, like a fireplace. However, it can be devastating if it is in the wrong place, if it jumps out onto carpet.
